Accommodations
- Reservations for the program
dates of February 21, 22 & 23, 2010 (3 nights)
will be made for each Buyer by William H. Coleman, Inc. upon receipt of
your registration form and payment.
NOTE: Accommodations do not include room taxes, gratuities, or
incidentals.
For accommodations
prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly
with the hotel of their choice. The rates below are for all
participating hotels and are valid 3 days prior (February 18-20, 2010)
and 3 days after (February 24-26, 2010) the program dates. At the
hotel's request, you may be required to email/fax a copy of your
confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event.
The
deadline for making additional night reservations is January 21, 2010.
Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space
availability.
Supplier Accommodations
- Suppliers are responsible for their own reservations at participating
hotels and are eligible for the rates below throughout the event. Please
contact the hotel of your choice directly. The deadline for making
reservations is January 21, 2010. Thereafter, reservations
will be based on rate and space availability.
