As the Official Host Airline for Jordan Travel Mart, Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) is providing the following discounts:

• Base fare of US$450 round trip PLUS TAXES AND SURCHARGES to Amman from RJ North America gateway cities of New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Detroit (DTW), and Montreal (YUL) for registered and confirmed JTM participants.
   

• Business/CROWN CLASS fare of US$1950 round trip PLUS TAXES AND SURCHARGES for a maximum 2 people per flight to be booked in D/class when available; otherwise RJ will offer a 10% discount on the published business/CROWN CLASS fare at the time of booking for registered and confirmed JTM participants.

IMPORTANT:   All discounted tickets for JTM are processed by the RJ USA Ticketing Office and ALL fares are quoted in US Dollars.  Buyers departing from Montreal wishing to pay in Canadian Dollars are welcome to contact the RJ Office in Montreal to inquire about payment options and to pay the Canadian equivalent of the above quoted fares in US Dollars. Certain Taxes, Passenger Facility Charges (PFC), Fuel and Security surcharges differ for each origin city and are subject to change on a daily basis. These taxes can add up to be $325 or more.

RJ does not operate daily from all USA/Canada Gateway Cities. For details on RJ departure/return days and times to/from Amman, please visit www.rj.com.   RJ encourages delegates to book their flights as soon as possible since there is limited space on flights.

To obtain this special fare, you must provide us with important details about your travel plans and payment.  CLICK HERE to print the necessary forms needed to request this discount.  In order to provide you a total fare that includes all taxes and fuel surcharges, we will need to receive ALL of the following documents: (1) Ticketing Request Form, (2) Credit Card Authorization Form, (3) A copy of each passengers Passport, and (4) a copy of the front and back of your Credit Card.  All of these documents must be faxed to (904) 391-0038 or sent via E-mail to: manuel@whcoleman.com.

NOTE:  Please DO NOT make a reservation directly with RJ.  Follow the process as stated on the forms to obtain the special discount.

Once ALL of the information is received from your office, Royal Jordanian will make a reservation based on the dates you have submitted, and provide you with confirmation once your credit card has been processed.  Please allow up to one full week for processing.

IMPORTANT!!! All Delegates are responsible to inquire about visa requirements - please contact your nearest Jordan Embassy or Consulate Office for more information. A tourist visa can be purchased at Amman’s International Airport upon arrival for approximately $15 USD for most nationalities.
