Jordan Tourism Board North America hosts
Jordan Travel Mart February 22-24, 2009 at the Dead Sea.
The Jordan Tourism
Board North America will host Jordan Travel Mart
(JTM)
at The Dead Sea February 22-24, 2009. The format
includes two (2) days of pre-scheduled appointments between USA, Canada,
and Latin America “Buyers” and Jordan “Suppliers,” product and
“voluntourism” updates, and an extensive selection of official three (3)
and five (5) night pre and post tours throughout the entire Country.
The Jordan Tourism
Board created this event to provide an opportunity for Tour
Operators to evaluate and package the great variety of Tourism Products
that Jordan offers including Cultural, Archeological, Religious, and
“Eco-Adventure” experiences. Although Jordan is currently included in
itineraries with neighboring countries, the Jordan Tourism Board is
actively promoting five (5), Eight (8), and Eleven (11) day “Jordan
Only” itineraries that showcase the large scope of the Jordan
“product.”
The
Jordan Travel
Mart enables Travel Industry “Buyers” to arrange pre-scheduled
appointments with carefully qualified Jordan Suppliers including
receptive operators, hotels, and government and private sector
professionals representing Tourism Promotional organizations from all
Jordan destinations. All seminars, workshops, and business
sessions will be held at the Dead Sea.
